How to Make Money Promoting Payability

As you might already know, Payability offers customers $300 for every new customer they refer. Your friend will receive a $150 sign on bonus just for being referred by you. Since we love referrals and our customers, we’ve increased our Customer Referral Program kickbacks by $150 from now until the end of the summer. Now Payability customers will receive $450 for every customer they refer. There is no limit to how many customers you can refer. But, this hot summer offer will only last so long so be sure to cash in now.

So how do you make the most of your unique link and actually cash in on this lucrative offer? We’ll share our top marketing tips and what customers are already doing to make our customer referral program an additional stream of income.

Get Your Referral Link

To refer a customer the first thing you’ll need is your unique link. To get your unique link just log into your Payability dashboard where you go every day to transfer funds. In the lower left hand corner you’ll find a link that says “Refer a Friend” click the icon and copy and paste the link to begin using it. Anyone who clicks your link and signs up within 60 days you will receive credit for.

Social Media and Forums

Now that you have your link it’s up to you to make the most of it. Since Facebook groups and forums are huge for Amazon sellers, these are great opportunities for you to use your link and cash in. Before I go into the different strategies that are currently making customers money, I’ll let you in on two things that these strategies all have in common – they all use their link authentically where it makes sense and they explain why Payability is working for them.

Now let’s get into some dos and don’ts of promoting on social media:

  • Don’t randomly post your link in every group or forum you can find. If the link doesn’t make sense in the context of the conversation, they won’t click on it.
  • Do share your link when you see fellow sellers directly asking about Payability, cash flow issues, inventory financing, etc.
  • Don’t only share your link when you see sellers chatting about something related to Payability on Facebook, a forum, Quora, etc. A link without context won’t inspire fellow sellers to become customers.
  • Do share why you use Payability and how daily payments have helped you grow. Tell them how it can help them too and be sure to mention that they can get a sign on bonus by signing up with your link. Authenticity always wins. Be as open about your Payability experience as possible and other sellers are more likely to respond.
  • Don’t hide the fact that you are paid for referring new customers. It’s okay to tell people that you get paid for referrals. As long as you are giving other people value people are happy to know that you are getting value too. Promote their $150 sign on bonus whenever you get the chance too.
  • Do make yourself available via Facebook messenger and/or email. If someone has further questions, tell them to DM you and answer them there. That way you have their full attention. Sellers have closed more deals by answering questions one-on-one than they do just talking to someone in a group or forum.

Pro Tip: One of the best ways to get sellers’ attention on Facebook is by doing a Facebook live video or any form of video. We find every day in our marketing that people respond well to genuine video endorsements. Just shoot a quick video or live video on your phone or computer talking about how Payability helped you grow. One of our customers refers a new customer every time he posts a live video. For best results place your link in the text and at the end of the video if possible and let sellers know that they can get a $150 sign on bonus for using it.

Blogs and YouTube

Do you have a blog or YouTube channel? If so this is a great place to post your link right away without having to wait for someone to ask about cash flow in a Facebook group. This gives you a chance to really start and control the conversation. You can write a blog post or make a video on why you started using Payability and how it’s made a difference to your business. As always, be sure to mention the sign on bonus new customers get when they sign up using your link. One of our customers gets tons of referrals from his YouTube channel on how to sell food online. He put the link in the description and refers to it in the video. Another customer who has successfully referred tons of customers made of video on How to Get Paid Daily on Amazon in 2018 and also included her Payability link in the description.

Another way to share your referral link on your blog, website or YouTube channel is in your sidebar or about me page. Maybe you have a list of the different services or apps you use to grow your Amazon business. This would be another place to tell fellow sellers about Payability and why it works for you. And yes, you should share the sign on bonus.

Pro Tip: If you don’t have your own blog or YouTube channel you can always use your link on someone else’s by doing a guest post or appearing in one of their videos.

Meetups and Conferences

Speaking from experience, it’s great to get out from behind your computer and head to a conference or Meetup. There doesn’t seem to be to a shortage of seller meetup and conferences so if you want to go to one chances are you can find one in your area. Sellers go to these events to see what other sellers are doing to grow. So it’s the perfect time to share how Payability benefited you and of course pass along your link.

Just as online it’s important to explain how Payability works and how it helps you scale your business. Unlike online, fellow sellers won’t easily be able to click your link right away. So here are some ways to get around that. One way is to add the link to your business cards. If you already have business cards for your Amazon business, add the link on the bottom with a short description such as “Sign up for daily Amazon payments from Payability and get a $150 sign on bonus.”

Another way to get around this is to follow up with people you already spoke with about Payability with an email saying something like:

“It was a pleasure meeting you at the Amazon Meetup. I’m so glad we got the chance to discuss xyz. As I mentioned daily payments from Payability have made a huge difference in my Amazon business. I always have cash to buy inventory when I need it and when it’s cheapest and I no longer worry about stocking out and losing the Buy Box. I know you mentioned you were having cash flow issues too. If you’re interested in Payability you can sign up using my link and get a $150 sign on bonus: (link). If you have any more questions about Payability, feel free to reach out.”

Not everyone will be convinced right away. You may have to answer a few questions before they actually sign up. So it’s important to keep the line of communication open both online and offline.

Lastly, if there’s a Facebook group or forum connected to this Meetup that allows links, you can go in and post after the event saying:

“It was great seeing everyone at the Meetup tonight. A lot of you mentioned having cash flow issues and not being able to buy inventory fast enough. I used to have that same issue until I started using Payability. Now I don’t worry about stockouts and am able to move more inventory faster. If you’re interested, click my link to sign up and you’ll get a $150 sign on bonus. Feel free to DM me with any questions: (link)”

Email Your Amazon Seller Friends

Email is a great way to connect with fellow sellers one-on-one. If you have a friend you think might be interested, drop them an email with your link telling them that you’re happy to answer any questions they may have.

You can also put your link in your email signature with short copy like “Get daily Amazon payments. Sign up for Payability and get a $150 sign on bonus.”

Lastly, if you have a newsletter for your blog or contribute to someone else’s newsletter, share your Payability story in the newsletter and let sellers know that they can get these benefits too by signing up for Payability. You can also promote Payability in your Newsletter or blog before Prime Day or Q4 when sellers need daily payments most. Don’t forget to mention the sign on bonus.

As you can see, the best way to earn cash promoting Payability is to be authentic and share your story in a way that can help other sellers. If you put your own spin on these proven strategies, this could be a whole new stream of passive income for your business. So start sharing your story and making money!
