ad:tech New York: A Top 10 List

Last week the Payability team made its way over to ad:tech New York, an annual two-day event where thousands of agencies, investors, brands, and media owners congregate to network, learn, and talk digital marketing.

Over the course of two days, the Payability team drank lots of coffee and talked accelerated ad network and app store earnings with many. While our number of event highlights is extensive, we decided to limit our list to include just ten of our favorite ad:tech 2015 moments. Enjoy!

1: Learning from stand-out industry leaders

ad:tech attracts the brightest and most forward-thinking leaders in the digital marketing space. Attending panel discussions and presentations let us see these rock stars in action.

2: Visiting the international pavilions

With over 64 countries in attendance, we were inspired by the innovation and momentum that is happening across all corners of the globe.

3: Seeing our partners

Catching up with our partners, TUNE and CAKE always makes for a fun time.

4: The Shorty Awards

As if the informative presentation on “How to Win on Social Media” wasn’t enough, there was amazing swag and even an “on fleek” sticker!

5: Free education!

We had a great time learning from industry thought-leaders in the expo floor breakout sessions. For those of you planning on attending ad:tech next year, be sure not to miss out on these!

6: Pinkberry

In what may have gone down as the “best exhibit hall food” ever, Pinkberry had 2 stands conveniently located just steps from the Payability meeting room.

8: The subway station for the 7 line

After ten years of planning and decades of begging, the far west side of Manhattan finally has a subway station. Here’s to using public transportation to get to the Javits center instead of a cab!

This is always our favorite part of attending any conference or event. It’s always such a treat to meet all of you in person.

With all the great learning and networking, ad:tech New York 2015 was a success. Thanks to everyone who took the time to swing by the Payability meeting room; it was great meeting all of you and we look forward to seeing you all again at ad:tech New York 2016!
